Initiation Period
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
Return Deadline
After starting your return, you have a further 14 days to return your item.

The return expires after 14 days, items returned after this will not be refunded.
Return Requirements:
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in all original packaging.
Additionally, items should be free of makeup, tan, hair, or any scents.
Important Notes:
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return and will not be refunded.
They're part of our clearance to make way for new stock. This helps us keep bringing you new and exciting pieces at great value.
To help with costs, we also offer a subsidised return shipping label for a small fee (agreed during the return process). The fee will be taken from your return amount.
